Strategy Analyst Co-Op Student

Reports to: Senior Director Strategy

Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid work

Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home

Pay Range:Duration: Four (4) months, May 5, 2025 – August 22, 2025

Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F

As the Strategy Analyst Co-Op Student you will support the enablement of our long-term strategic plan, through cross-functional project management and strategy development. You will be responsible for supporting the broader team in driving key projects forward; including analyzing data, delivering key areas of work, and working with cross functional teams to see progress and unblock challenges along the way.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Strategy & Enterprise PMO team partners with the executive leadership team in the development, prioritization, and oversight of our company strategies, working cross-functionally across the business to ensure attainment of our long-term strategic objectives and goals. The team provides strategic insights and frameworks to enable strategy development, cross-functional alignment and executive decision making. We are experts at translating complex, unstructured problems into clear executive level narrative and recommendations. Our team leads the company’s long-range strategic planning process & quarterly business reviews to connect our strategy to our annual operating budget and annual strategic plan.


If you were a Strategy Analyst Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Gathering & synthesizing market research to inform strategy decisions
  • Developing & delivering content for strategic reviews with project leadership
  • Building & maintaining quantitative & qualitative tools and models
  • Working cross functionally to connect dots and develop plans


Here are some of the things you will learn by the end of your Co-Op placement:

  • You will have a strong understanding of how build strategic plans
  • You will learn how to convert data to insights and into action plans
  • You will gain experience presenting to and influencing leadership through written and oral communications


Are you our next Strategy Analyst Co-Op Student?

  • You are enrolled as a 4th year in a business administration, finance, retail, product management or related undergraduate program
  • You have the ability to navigate & thrive in ambiguity & influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • You have outstanding interpersonal skills & ability to work collaboratively
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • You are expert at Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Keynote
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
