Description: Airble is looking for a talented individual to join our platform team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting our backend API services and aid in the integration of these services to our client-facing applications, such as the Airble website and mobile apps. A successful candidate will need experience with SQL-like databases and backend server technology such as NodeJS. Furthermore, when it comes to integrating API data to our frontend components, experience in one JavaScript/Typescript framework such as React or mobile frameworks such as React Native will be a strong aid.

Your responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain our next-generation Airble website, app, dashboard, web embeddable, and other tech tools
· Ensure tech functionality on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
· Implement changes according to the ongoing feedback, tech innovations, and user testing
· Evaluate programming code to ensure its validity, compatibility, and usability are meeting industry standards (ongoing)
· Analyze user needs and business processes to create programming solutions
· Integrate insights tracking and data collection
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience/certifications in Computer Science
· At least 2 years of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript
· Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (NodeJS, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby)
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
· Working knowledge of content management systems
· Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to professionals outside software development and information technology field
· Experience with at least one JavaScript framework: React JS/TS, Angular JS/TS, Vue JS/TS, etc.

· Are interested in learning more about the air travel industry
Pay Rate: Hourly, determined based on candidate’s experience
