Responsibilities


  • Drive the continuous development of TELUS International’s corporate strategy through annual strategy and planning exercise
  • Study, evaluate, and synthesize growth strategies across TELUS International’s key markets and offerings
  • Evolve and refine our GTM strategy by continuously monitoring and predicting industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and driving actionable recommendations
  • Lead exploratory research into emerging technologies, services, markets and geographies to scope out future growth opportunities
  • Articulate a long-term vision for the strategy and planning function, and drive process improvements through use of tech, research methods and deep org-wide relationships
  • Act as a consultative partner and craft engaging content that delivers strategic insight to a diverse group of stakeholders across commercial, product, marketing, etc. including executive leadership


Requirements


  • 7-10 years of experience in strategy, planning, or consulting roles within the IT/BPO sector with demonstrated experience of building market/product strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from vast volumes of data and prescribe strategic recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail, superior organization skills, and a fearless attitude to innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Experience supporting C-suite asks
  • Demonstrated people leadership who can independently manage complex projects, drive consensus across key stakeholders and drive them to completion
  • Ability to collaborate and forge relationships with geographically diverse teams and orchestrate complex strategy initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing. Master’s/MBA preferred.
