About This Team
The lululemon evolution office (LEO) team is lululemon's transformation office that exists to make sure lululemon’s strategy comes to life . We are a diverse team of internal advisors, facilitators, designers, and momentum-drivers who work across all lululemon’s functions and geographies. We focus on developing trusted partnerships and a deep understanding of lululemon’s operations to identify and prioritize opportunities to support operating model and process transformation, enterprise investment planning, and cross-functional program delivery - all in service of bringing lululemon’s strategy to life. A day in the life
This role is a 15-month fixed term contract that will be focused on driving and supporting transformation initiatives related to lululemon’s Global CFO organization. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders across global and regional Finance and ‘Finance-adjacent’ teams and collaborate with other support teams (e.g. P&C, Digital Product Mgmt., and Technology) to identify, define, prioritize, plan, and deliver operating model and process improvement initiatives that advance the CFO organization’s ability to support and catalyze lululemon’s continued growth and international expansion. Although the CFO Org is the current priority, our team works in an agile environment and priorities for this role may evolve or shift to support other transformation needs across lululemon.This role is a rare career opportunity, with access to exciting projects typically delivered by external consulting firms, but with the benefit of relationships, visibility, time, and flexibility to see the transformation through and make sure the change sticks. mandate
- Work with LEO team leadership to scope, design approaches for, and resource operating model transformation and business capability enhancement programs/projects (incl. rationalizing new scope with in-flight initiatives)
- Identify, define, and prioritize strategic and operational questions that need answering.
- Act as an internal advisor facilitating directors and executives through problem definition, options analysis, and solution design.
- Oversee and/or directly contribute to deliverable development (e.g., process mapping and capability modelling) and review sessions / workshops with business partners.
- Work with program/project teams to ensure consistency with our enterprise operating model vision and identify cross-program and regional dependencies/conflicts
- Support enterprise investment planning processes including cross-program prioritization and dependency mapping and identifying multi-year funding needs.
- Coordinate, collaborate with, and seek support from transformation enablement teams - including change management, communications, learning/training, org design, etc. to plan and deliver against transformation objectives.
- Build a network of trusted relationships at many levels of the organization to build momentum and support for transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, implementing corporate strategies and/or large-scale operating model transformation programs (or equivalent experience)
- Preference for specific experience in Finance Transformation (incl. Digital enablement/modernization and Global/Regional structures)
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills.
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $131,400-$176,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings , subject to program eligibility requirements.
