This role will have to provide technical expertise within Devops, reporting to DevOps Manager. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and mentorship within the DevOps team to lead initiatives involving CI/CD and provide regular updates, planning with stakeholders.

We are part of Cloud Engineering Org within Hyperwallet(Payouts) Technical Operations. We manage the infrastructure, CI/CD, Platform Stability of the Payouts Platform.
Your way to impact
As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will have the opportunity to lead the team design decisions from ground up while we move towards Cloud. You will have great opportunity to improve the overall CI/CD processes, creating automated build pipelines using the latest tools and technologies. This role is high impact and highly visible due to growing business volume and journey towards Cloud.
Your day-to-day
- In your day to day role you will be expected to perform below duties:
- Perform continuous analysis of emerging concepts in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, and Enterprise Security and build up the knowledge base.
- Define, own, and continuously revise and communicate the DevOps roadmap.
- Lead and coordinate the creation and improvement of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery environments.
- Own and lead initiatives to define, design, and implement DevOps solutions which includes reference architectures and estimates.
- Define and own effective metrics and reporting.
- Monitoring risks and managing/ escalating issues.
- Planning, Communicating tasks with Stakeholders.
What do you need to bring
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the DevOps Infrastructure Field
- 5+ years in configuration management tools Ansible/Puppet/Terraform
- Experience with designing, building, and implementing full End to End SDLC automating Infrastructure.
- Experienced running big infrastructure platforms at scale
- Strong experience in CI/CD tools preferable TeamCity/Jenkins and Cloud (AWS/GCP)
