Sales Operations Administrator

Your Role

As our Sales Operations Administrator, you will focus on the improvement of our sales & marketing operations. Drive impactful data-driven decisions by leveraging your Salesforce and applications expertise. Carve out your space across our IT, Marketing and Sales teams as operations owner of our tech stack.


If you have a deep understanding of systems operations, have a love for project management and working cross-functionally, we know you will excel.


You will need to be a Salesforce expert and you would also benefit from strong experience in some marketing automation applications and sales engagement platforms. We use Salesloft and Marketo. You will create reports from Sales and Marketing data in the CRM and will present teams with the necessary information needed to make decisions


With the assistance of our leadership team, we will look to you to implement and optimize sales and marketing processes, consolidate requirements from team members and streamline processes.


Your Responsibilities Include:

Provide Salesforce system administration support for Sales and Marketing, including the configuration of Salesforce objects, the creation of Process Automation flows, the creation and management of reports and dashboards, user set up, and maintenance of CRM data integrity.

Provide support for other systems in the tech stack such as Salesloft, Marketo and Cloudingo.

Work cross functionally to understand business processes, goals and gaps to implement solutions (e.g. automating and improving sales and marketing processes, custom reporting, etc.) that address business needs.

Provide end user support for Salesforce, responding to questions, system errors, system monitoring, integration errors, and troubleshooting with a high level of service and urgency.

Drive enhancements while working with departments and third-party vendors to meet business needs.


Your Experience So Far:

  • 3 – 5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator with valid Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Technical diploma or degree with specific certifications for Business Analyst and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience working with marketing automation applications and sales engagement platform (Marketo and Salesloft preferred)
  • Certification in Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant would be a bonus!
  • Experience with Definitive Healthcare commercial intelligence database system a major asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in in report writing, joining data, and pivot tables
  • Experience in documenting business process and developing process improvement initiatives
