About This Team


The Guest Support Power of Educator (PoE) team is responsible for improving and creating employee moments that matter through investments in people, culture, process, & technology within lululemon’s contact centre. This role drives the execution of workstreams and project goals within the Power of Educator program. They partner with key departments across Guest Support, Technology, and P&C (HR) to implement change successfully and bring programs to life


a day in the life: what you’ll do


  • Manage and execute the strategy for multiple projects and initiatives with overlapping timelines, as new priorities are added
  • Provide program governance for PoE workstreams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as People & Culture, Technology, and vendors (other functions as required) to lead or coordinate large-scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
  • Consult on people experience strategies across the Guest Support organization, primarily within P+C teams including Talent Activation, Talent Acceleration, Business Partnering, and Compensation.
  • Gather input, including dependencies and sequencing, from cross functional partners and stakeholders
  • Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support positions.
  • Identify goals/OKRS/measure of success for the program that ladder up to the goals of the broader PoE program and lululemon.
  • Audit, analyze, and evaluate initiatives post-implementation to ensure objectives have been met and key success metrics have been achieved.
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to develop & manage budgets and plans for the programs.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and maintain shared documents, files, resources, and roadmap in an organized and easy to access system
  • Monitor projects and oversee project managers to ensure goals are met.
  • Communicate program status and partner with leaders to make decisions across the portfolio area.
  • Intake work within the PoE program and work with the leaders to determine priorities.
  • Manage and maintain tracking of financial budgets for PoE workstreams and programs.
  • In partnership with the Change Leadership team, support the creation and execution of Power of Educator strategies to identify change impacts, assess readiness and develop change and learning activations


Qualifications


  • Program management experience required; HR experience an asset
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, specialty retail environment
  • Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset.
  • Experience in ecommerce support operations and or other relevant field in bringing strategies to life across channels.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership with peers including the ability to lead indirectly and influence without reporting lines.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple diverse projects within related field
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across working groups.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation. Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms.
  • Experience in business case development, for simple and complex projects with varying levels of ROI and direct / indirect business benefit.

Compensation And Benefits Package


lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
