TikTok’s Lead Ads team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building lead generation solutions that enable businesses to create seamless interactions with their customers while ensuring our community feels comfortable and safe on the platform. This team aims to provide intuitive, simplified solutions that grow advertiser activation, retention and ARPA via enhanced delivery experience, performance and higher ROI.


Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the TikTok global monetization product Lead ads strategy, responsible for business income and advertising delivery effect

- Understand the marketing needs of typical global lead clients, advertiser delivery strategy and attribution methods, such as 3P landing page signal upload processing logic, typical lead industry customer marketing scenarios in North America

- Responsible for optimizing the advertising strategy of lead advertising and exploring industrial solutions;

- Responsible for the signal iteration of the 3P landing page of lead ads, and solved the key problems of users in the user journey of lead ads

- Responsible for product planning in the field, able to coordinate resources and manage projects across teams, promote the implementation of planning, and be responsible for the results.


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of commercial product experience is preferred, computer, mathematics, statistics major is preferred

- can continuously optimize the delivery strategy and product capabilities, improve the user and customer experience, quickly trial and error to give the best solution

- Good logical thinking ability, business understanding ability and fast learning ability

- Sensitive to customer experience, have experience in promoting the development of products 1-10, and have basic operational thinking

- Independent thinking, able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments and promote the smooth progress of projects

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD$ 113760- CAD$ 227240 annually.


Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.


The compensation for this position is based on a monthly compensation structure. The range specified is the expected annual compensation for a person in this position.
