Portfolio Manager - Global Digital Portfolio & Operations

About This Team


The Global Digital Technology team is responsible for enabling and managing North America ecommerce sites and our mobile application as well as focusing on unlocking global omni-channel capabilities for a seamless experience between online and physical store for our guests.


A day in the life


As a Portfolio Manager for the Global Digital Portfolio & Operations team, you will be supporting a large cross-functional team to accomplish technology projects across a highly matrixed organization. This fast-paced environment requires the ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity to create and simplify processes and support projects that impact our growing global organization. Strong communication, organization and coordination skills will enable you to work closely with our leadership team.


Financial Reporting & Analysis


  • Build and maintain reporting and analysis
  • Constantly monitor and analyze financial reporting for portfolio including identifying cost savings opportunities and process improvements and monitoring future risks to forecast/budget/actuals
  • Prepare budget overviews for project and portfolio management and effectively communicate deviations if they occur
  • Validate data in CAPEX report and work with portfolio team to get insight into variances


Budget Management Support


  • Work with the project management team to keep track of budget, actuals, and commitments
  • Support portfolio team with the adoption of a new budget management tool (SPM)
  • Ensure budget health is in good standing across all programs/projects with the portfolio
  • Support with AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for your portfolio


Financial Operations Support


  • Support Project update/creation/closing
  • Support with Fund Transfer and Change Requests for your portfolio
  • Support with requests from FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team
  • Support with requests from other partners as needed (Product, TPMO, Strategy teams)


Resource Management Support


  • Coordination and verification of weekly timesheets for all team members, follow-up if necessary
  • Monitor and analyze internal resource report
  • Ensure Project Managers are updating any resource discrepancies in a timely manner, prior to fiscal period lock
  • Support with resource analysis for the portfolio


Qualifications


  • Proven work as a Finance PM, Project Coordinator (financially focused), portfolio analyst
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, strong MS office skills
  • Experience in Coupa
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very strong organization and follow-up capabilities
  • Considered an Asset: PowerBI experience, ServiceNow ITBM knowledge, Smartsheet, experience in Agile environment

Compensation And Benefits Package


lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500 - $162,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
