The Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in demand generation, webinar operations, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of 25+ conferences annually. This fast-paced position demands superior attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in using marketing tools like HubSpot to coordinate email/social campaigns.

To be considered for this role, you must be based in either US or Canada and eligible to work in either country on a full-time basis. We have a strong preference for someone in the Greater Vancouver area, however we are open to any and all qualified candidates in either the Pacific or Mountain time zone.


  • Organize and coordinate logistics for 25+ conferences per year, overseeing multiple conference timelines, tasks, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support logistics and digital promotions for monthly webinar program.
  • Use HubSpot to create, schedule, and track email and social media campaigns related to conferences, webinars, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels for conference/webinar-related discussions and engage with participants.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive the generation of qualified leads.
  • Craft and refine messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition to the various target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics and A/B testing tools to improve results.
  • Perform other work and tasks to support the success of the marketing team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in demand generation and email marketing using an automation tool like HubSpot (or similar).
  • Proven success in coordinating a high volume of B2B conferences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Digital engagement industry knowledge/experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within North America.
  • Unshakable smile with a can-do attitude.
