INETCO Marketing Communications Manager Job Posting

INETCO® builds smart technology that makes real-time payment transaction data usable for customer journey analytics, fraud detection, cybersecurity protection and operational performance management. Our global customer base is comprised of financial institutions, retailers and payment processors. Our real-time platform thrives in self-service and multi-channel payment ecosystems, where timely data collection, organization and visualization are challenging, and where protection against payment fraud and cyberattacks is essential.

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated marketing professional who is passionate about using digital marketing to increase lead generation to support our growth. Working with the VP, Marketing and Channel Development, you will develop marketing strategies that build valuable, long-term relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and media. With a keen eye for creative execution and an analytical approach, you will manage the marketing initiatives that support the INETCO sales team. This is an 18-month parental leave assignment with full benefits.


·      Work closely with the VP Marketing & Channel development and your colleagues in INETCO sales, product management, and R&D to create engaging content on topics including cybersecurity and payment fraud prevention, the importance of real-time data and related areas such as AML, blockchain and digital currencies. Ensure there is appropriate website content for the top, middle and bottom of the funnel. Manage the content calendar, creating or sourcing content for external audiences

·      Manage end-to-end development and execution of all digital marketing campaigns including ad campaigns, nurtures, email, webinars, newsletters, whitepapers and case study campaigns, quarterly newsletters and product releases.

·      Work with your peers on our partner ecosystem to support their webinars and content creation.

·      Leverage data to optimize campaigns and create monthly and quarterly reports on lead generation, sales opportunities and website analytics.

·      Work with our vendors to design digital marketing campaigns to achieve our objectives for SEO, PPC, ad creation and social advertising and growth in our social media presence.

·      Monitor trends and best practices in the financial industry related to our customers’ needs and our product use cases

·      Organize tradeshow and event participation

·      Manage the marketing tech stack and vendor relationships. The current tech stack includes Salesforce, Hubspot, WordPress, Leadfeeder and Zoom

What You Bring

·      3+ years experience in marketing and communications, preferably within a B2B fintech

·      Business Degree or 2-year Certificate in Marketing

·      Demonstrated experience in content creation – including press releases, blogs, newsletters and speaker presentation and award submissions

·      Demonstrated experience in the execution of marketing and communication activities

·      Creativity, self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting agreed timelines

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom and WordPress or similar software will be an asset
