Manager, Technology Services – Infrastructure

Our Infrastructure team’s mission is to provide our business with high-performance storage, a low-latency network, security, an optimized wide area network, virtualization and zero downtime. 


Position Overview 

The Manager, Technology Services - Infrastructure is responsible for leading a team of technical professionals. Are you someone who leads by example utilizing strengths to create clarity, empower others, foster teamwork, and embrace change?


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that our infrastructure is secure and is supporting business objectives
  • Providing support and direction to a team of technical professionals
  • Contributing to and owning the IT Infrastructure program and integrated roadmap
  • Managing capital and operating budgets efficiently and responsibly
  • Negotiating and managing vendor contracts


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience 
  • Effective management and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to:
  • Set priorities, assign resources and achieve results
  • Coach, motivate, evaluate and develop teams
  • Wide-ranging Infrastructure implementation, sustainment, and maintenance experience
  • Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally
  • Team player with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
