Our Infrastructure team’s mission is to provide our business with high-performance storage, a low-latency network, security, an optimized wide area network, virtualization and zero downtime.
Position Overview
The Manager, Technology Services - Infrastructure is responsible for leading a team of technical professionals. Are you someone who leads by example utilizing strengths to create clarity, empower others, foster teamwork, and embrace change?
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that our infrastructure is secure and is supporting business objectives
- Providing support and direction to a team of technical professionals
- Contributing to and owning the IT Infrastructure program and integrated roadmap
- Managing capital and operating budgets efficiently and responsibly
- Negotiating and managing vendor contracts
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Effective management and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to:
- Set priorities, assign resources and achieve results
- Coach, motivate, evaluate and develop teams
- Wide-ranging Infrastructure implementation, sustainment, and maintenance experience
- Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally
- Team player with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
