Junior Business Analyst

The Junior Business Analyst assists with the facilitation of business solutions development and implementation by investigating, analyzing, reviewing, and documenting business functions and processes. Participates in requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of business requirements from various stakeholders and supports the ongoing management of requirements. The role participates with project teams and assists clients with the development of feasible specifications including acceptance criteria in preparation for solution development and testing and works on the preparation of training materials and organization of training sessions for users.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline and one year of related experience in writing and reviewing business, users, and non-functional/system level requirements, test plans, and training materials, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.


  • Excellent knowledge of research methodology and data analysis.
  • Good knowledge of enterprise level ERP and CRM (e.g. PeopleSoft and Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of manual to automated business process and workflow design.
  • Good business process design and modelling skills.
  • Good analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
  • Excellent training and group facilitation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion when responding to requests for data and information.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio and Excel).


Assignment End Date: 12 months from start date
