Internal Communications Manager, Global Real Estate and Facilities, Corporate Communications

Vancouver, BC

Amazon’s Internal Corporate Communications (ICC) team is seeking a full-time experienced, self-motivated, and creative communications professional to manage Amazon's corporate employee-facing communications for the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization.

As an Internal Communications Manager, you will build and implement a communication and content strategy for Amazon corporate employees in partnership with GREF. Your work will educate employees on Amazon’s best-in-class workplace experience and demonstrate how GREF supports and inspires a culture of innovation for our corporate employees and external visitors. • Work with the GREF leadership and operational communications teams and stakeholders, to source and deliver original content, including articles, videos, and events, that shine a spotlight on our buildings, employees, and Amazon’s culture.
  • Coordinate with GREF’s operational communications team to integrate and manage Amazon’s in-office corporate employee communications channels for posters, digital screens, and campaign installations.
  • Moderate and approve employee-submitted stories, posters, and other communications requests.
  • Proactively build trust and maintain solid, cross functional relationships with the GREF global and regional leadership teams, GREF operational communications, and key internal stakeholders. Build and maintain mechanisms, SLAs, and ways of working between teams.
  • Oversee the delivery of content to corporate employees, including publishing across all internal company channels, and ensuring messages maintain our high bar for quality.
