We’re building on-demand video for B2B sales, allowing qualified customers to connect instantly with sales teams at their highest moment of interest (try it out, our widget will appear on the bottom right whenever we are online). We believe that selling is human—there are too many steps to talk to someone when making a purchase. We are on a mission to remove all barriers between qualified customers and great salespeople. To do so, we’re building a full-stack speed-to-lead platform that’s designed to be the fastest way to get qualified leads on instant live demos with a real salesperson, right from their website.
We’re looking to hire a software engineer to be our first technical hire, working alongside our CTO, who is looking forward to having someone to nerd out with. We are a low-ego, high conviction team that is on a mission to change the way B2B sales are done.

We don’t care if you are an expert with our tech stack. In fact, we’re looking for people who are irrationally excited about their favorite tools and frameworks. Since this is our first technical hire, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You don’t have to be Anders Hejlsberg or anything – we don’t have any “years of experience” checklist – we just want to hire someone awesome and we’d prefer if this wasn’t your first rodeo.
The core tech we use for video is WebRTC, which is also a real-time peer-to-peer data transfer API. This unlocks a lot of potential in our apps, especially when used alongside WebSockets to subscribe to data on the server. Speaking of real-time, we use real-time subscriptions for most of our data (we don’t want one salesperson trying to answer a call that’s already taken), so there’s a lot of interesting work being done to ensure that every client receives updates as quickly as possible, and our system keeps running smoothly with hundreds of thousands of active clients.
The salary ranges from $90k-$120k CAD plus 0.50% - 2.00% equity and there’s an unparalleled level of ownership, impact, and asymmetric upside that comes with joining a company at this stage. We’ve been backed by ODX (On Deck’s accelerator) and recently raised our pre-seed round from top-tier Silicon Valley venture investors.
