about This Team


The lululemon Evolution Office (LEO) team is lululemon's transformation office that exists to make sure lululemon’s strategy comes to life. We are a diverse team of internal advisors, facilitators, designers, and momentum-drivers who work across all lululemon’s functions and geographies. We focus on developing trusted partnerships and a deep understanding of lululemon’s operations to identify and prioritize opportunities to support operating model and process transformation, enterprise investment planning, and cross-functional program delivery – all in service of bringing lululemon’s strategy to life.

a day in the life


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Transformation, this role will partner with senior leaders across the business to deliver lululemon’s growth and transformation agenda. You will do this by leading workstreams in large-scale business transformation programs including scoping, planning, facilitating operating model design, capability and process mapping, and working with change management and org design teams to plan the implementation. Each day will look different in your project-based role, including activities like: clarifying strategic questions, developing creative organizational design solutions, facilitating executive workshops, and guiding enterprise program planning processes.

mandate


  • Act as an internal advisor to facilitate senior stakeholders through problem definition, options analysis, and solution design for operating model transformation
  • Define and prioritize strategic business questions that need answering
  • Manage complex work activities and coordinate cross-functional teams across big transformation programs
  • As required, conduct and/or guide detailed operational process mapping and capability maturity assessments, project and investment definition, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships at many levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives
  • Support enterprise-level, cross-program prioritization, dependency mapping, and planning
  • Collaborate with other teams involved in business transformation programs – including change management, communications, learning/training, org design, etc. to plan and deliver against transformation objectives on-time and on-budget
  • Support scheduling of working sessions with business partners and the work-back activities and reviews required to prepare for working sessions
  • Navigate healthy tension between Global/Regional and cross-functional priorities to identify win-win solutions and facilitate stakeholder alignment and partnership

qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, organizational behaviour, engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, implementing corporate strategies and/or large-scale operating model transformation programs (or equivalent experience) – preference for broad exposure across Product, Brand, Channel and Corporate Functions
  • Experience working in and across multiple in-flight operating model transformation programs ideally within a global retail organization
  • Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn on the job and a 'growth mindset’
  • Ability to influence and partner with others – a strong team player
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different transformation teams, departments and at different levels within an organization
  • Works well in a fast-paced, project-based, collaborative environment

Compensation And Benefits Package


lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $ 103,500-$ 135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
