  • Drive the optimization of lead scoring, lead flow, and distribution methodology to ensure the delivery of quality leads to our Sales teams for qualification, increasing efficiencies and conversion rates.
  • Develop sophisticated multi-touch marketing workflows and influence reporting mechanisms to provide actionable insights into campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Assess, develop, and implement marketing systems (web, email) that scale, and data governance policies, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CASL, and other relevant regulations, while proactively addressing potential issues with deliverability, automation, or data quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the data, revenue operations, product, and analytics teams to evolve the marketing technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of Marketing and effectively communicating changes to internal partners.
  • Define, build, map, and document key campaign processes, proactively identifying gaps and optimizations to enhance current processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the Campaign Operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Utilize expertise in modern martech stack components, including Marketo, integrations to SFDC, Drift, Common Room, intent data and ETL platforms to optimize the marketing technology infrastructure and capabilities to align with the needs of the business

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience working in Marketing, with a focus upon operations and/or project management, ideally with a B2B or SaaS company
  • Deep knowledge of the modern martech stack
  • Experience with PLG and sales pipeline systems, tooling, and best practices
  • Proficient in process, project management and fostering operational efficiencies: planning, prioritizing, building structure and executing a strategic vision.
  • Capable of breaking down a breadth of information into concise, well-structured, and attainable project plans and documents.
  • PMP and/or CSM Certification is beneficial.

What to expect in the first 90 days:
