Court Technology Facilitator

$62,255.85 - $70,557.73 annually

Integrated Judicial Services supports judges and judicial justices through administrative services and scheduling to facilitate fair, timely and accessible justice for all British Columbians.


The Provincial Court Judiciary Court Technology Facilitator reports to the Manager, Business Products and prepares, produces and delivers educational support of specialized court systems and generalized software applications for the Provincial Court of BC. The Court Technology Facilitator position is responsible for identifying training needs, analyzing current training initiatives, proposing new training solutions, developing training programs and training judicial staff members, judicial justices and judges of the Provincial Court of BC.

Qualifications for this role include:


  • A degree, diploma or certificate in adult education, information technology or a related field, or related training development experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. 
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in developing training material, guides, facilitating in-person and online sessions.


Preference may be given to applicants with any of the following:


  • Experience in a variety of adult training and development methods.
  • Experience with software troubleshooting, remote desktop assistance and general technology support.
  • Experience with the justice system, courtroom procedures and Provincial Court Judiciary structure and programs.
  • Experience with MS Office suite.
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat Professional software.
