We are looking for a key member of our brand & customer experience team who shares a passion for BC’s coast to support our continued growth.
As a Coordinator, Brand Strategy, you are responsible for managing the coordination and execution of a wide range of brand-related initiatives and campaigns, ensuring their completion on time and budget. You support internal and external communication of BC Ferries brand, develops detailed campaign briefs, coordinates photo, video and drone shoots, and liaises with suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders.

The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Brand Strategy & Creative Services, you add value and are energized by key areas of oversight such as:
- Supporting the team with the execution of annual brand-related campaigns
- Assisting with internal and external communications of BC Ferries brand
- Assisting the Manager, Brand Strategy & Creative Services in the development of brand strategy and execution
- Coordinating brand-related marketing events and promotions
- Coordinating brand-related research and analytics
- Liaising with other departments regarding brand guidelines and helps them to use the brand consistently
- Facilitating updates to brand-related marketing assets such as posters, digital screens and rack cards, on ferries and at terminals
- Working closely with the creative services team to ensure all materials, advertisements and communications align with the brand’s look and feel
- Assisting the department with budget tracking, raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Organizing and attending meetings on behalf of the Manager and the department
- Acting as the primary coordinator with creative agencies, designers, videographers, photographers, print suppliers and corporate partners
- Organizing and maintaining the library of brand assets such as logos, templates, fonts, images and videos, and distribute to teams as needed
What you bring to the team
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, and Advertising

Additional informationThe target salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
