At Tandem, we’re passionate about creating custom software solutions that matter. Our team designs and develops operational systems for companies that don’t have access to in-house development. We build functional solutions that have a positive impact on our clients, our team, and the world at large.

We’ve recently experienced a period of major growth and are looking to expand our team! Tandem is a fully remote company, our team members are located in Victoria, Vancouver, and Edmonton. We work on a wide variety of projects, ranging from small projects that take a few months, to ongoing projects that have been in development for years. We also work with clients across a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, distribution & logistics, environmental technology, tourism, and agriculture.

Tandem is unique because all of our team members, from Design to Management, have a development background. We value expertise and trust in each other’s skills, which helps us maintain a laid-back, results-oriented culture.
