Are you a dynamic channel sales professional with a passion for identifying and onboarding new channel relationships to drive revenue growth? We're seeking a talented Channel Partnerships Manager to expand our existing channel partner program by identifying and onboarding new channel and BPO partners. If you have an entrepreneurial nature, are results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!


About You


  • You have 3-5 years of Channel Partner Sales experience or a related role within the SaaS or AI industry
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing partner relationships.
  • Established network in the software referral partner, resale partner and BPO industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales/partner management tools.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, remote first environment and you enjoy being a team player to those around you.
  • You have strong sales acumen, executive presence, effective time management and organization skills.
  • Candidates with BPO experience are strongly preferred


Outcomes


New Business Development (70%):


  • Identify and evaluate potential channel partners (resellers, BPO’s, system integrators, etc.) that align with the company's growth strategy and target markets.
  • Develop and execute partner recruitment strategies, including prospecting, outreach, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to create compelling partner value propositions and enablement resources.
  • Develop a Channel strategy plan that supports the successful execution and achievement of sales targets.
  • Become an expert on all things Ada and be able to effectively communicate our value proposition to all levels, including C-Suite executives.


Existing Partner Management (30%):


  • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing channel partners to drive revenue growth and satisfaction.
  • Analyze partner performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Develop and implement partner engagement strategies, including training, incentives, and marketing support.
  • Resolve partner issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have access to the necessary resources and support.
  • Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and meetings.

The expected salary range for this position is $155,000 to $180,000 OTE. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
