Dooly is looking for our next Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding sales organization. From facilitating initial conversations to developing team-wide best practices, you will be an integral member of our Sales organization.


As an SDR, your role is to find and engage “good fit” organizations through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts. You’ll get to work with a passionate and supportive team, but most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in sales. As our new Business Development Rep, you will

  • Generate meetings for the sales team through qualification of inbound & outbound leads
  • Learn to effectively identify qualified leads and properly articulate Dooly’s value proposition
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Utilize available resources to reach out to key prospects and establish a line of communication
  • Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations and calls
  • Have a daily plan to reach out to key prospects and have a timeline for execution

  • Have a BA/BS 
  • Focus on details, are a self-starter, and are relentless in the pursuit of what you want
  • Are excited, motivated, and inspired by crushing goals
  • Have a strong desire to be in tech sales and have an interest in expanding your career in sales
  • Have excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Have a very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
  • Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company
  • Prior Start-up sales experience a huge plus
