In this role, you'll help launch and support non-IT projects, primarily related to facilities management, upkeep, and construction.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work extensively with stakeholders across multiple business groups to translate business needs into requirements, support in identifying effective business solutions
- Prepare insights for analysis to help identify the root cause of problems, deficiencies and/or gaps
- Apply understanding of business analysis and project management methodologies and techniques to ensure the successful implementation of all projects
- Present business insights and recommendations as per business requirement
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis for non-technical projects (i.e. operations, facilities management and construction)
- Strong background in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, documentation, and communication skills
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving, elicitation, and analytical skills
- Experience balancing business needs, technology constraints, and end-user expectations
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals, and proficiency with Excel and Tableau would be a strong asset
